How delivery works:
All products are digital. After payment, you'll receive a download link by email — usually within minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

No physical shipping:
Unless a product is explicitly labeled "hardcover" or "physical," no item is shipped. If you bought a physical product, see shipping times below.

Download issues:
If your link expires or fails, email support@blackbookpower.com with your order number and we'll resend it.

File format:
Files are delivered as [PDF / MP3]. You need a compatible reader/device.
