Digital products — refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. However, we want you to be satisfied.

When we refund:

• You were charged twice for the same order.
• You never received your download link.
• The file is corrupted or unreadable and we can't fix it.

When we don't refund:

• You simply changed your mind after downloading.
• You expected a physical book but received a digital file (unless stated otherwise).
